Appointments and Hours
Scheduling
All our appointments are scheduled,
including same day and urgent care appointments. Call us
at 303-666-7119 to schedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A scheduled appointment must be cancelled
at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so can result in a
$25 charge for every 15 minutes of missed appointment time.
After Hours Care
Physicians remain on call 24 hours a day.
After office hours, call the office phone at 303-666-7119, and
you will have an option to contact the answering service. You
will need to provide the answering service the following
information: your name, your doctor’s name, problem
and urgency. We will return your call in a few minutes, so keep
your phone line open. If you don’t hear from us within 15
minutes, call again. Please limit after-hours calls to urgent
problems that cannot wait until regular office hours.
If you require immediate assistance at
home, call your local rescue squad at 911.
