John Hudson, M.D., Biography - Coal Creek Family Medicine - doctors providing family medical services in Boulder County - Louisville CO

I was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and was raised in Indianapolis. I received my BA from Wabash College and attended Indiana University Medical School. I did my family practice residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

I have been a member of the American Academy of Family Practice since 1975 and the Colorado County Medical Society since 1976. I have been President of the Board of the Colorado Medical Society, President of Medical Staff at Avista, and Rotarian of the Year in the Boulder County Rotary Club. I have been a board member of Avista Hospital, Porter Memorial Hospital, and Centura Health Corp.

I am married to my wife, Dot, have three children — Michele, Danny, and Nicole — and have three grandchildren — Danny, Michael, and AJ. I enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, photography, reading, and gardening.

I started Coal Creek Family Medicine in 1990. Since that time it has grown to a five physician group that strives to deliver the best in family medical care.
